28/07/2022 - Julian: Thanks for the further information it has assisted me to locate the file being 24/77 Tamarind Avenue Bogangar, the reason I had missed it before as according to these files it was sold on 4th Nov 2016 for $245,000 and is now owned by D.P.M & N.D.M PTY LTD it was only when I clicked onto the history of that file I can see that Greta Enterprises purchased it on 2nd of Dec 2013 for $129,000


As below I have written to RP Data to query the file as I suspect it was unit 24 that was sold at the time which has confused the files, Ill let you know once I have a response.

Hi, The owner of unit 19 lot 24/77 Tamarind Ave David Adams director of Greta Enterprises P/L is paying the council rates and receiving income from this unit being Lot24 Unit 19 / 77 Tamarind Avenue, as you can see according to your files Greta Enterprises purchased back on 2nd Dec 2013 but has never sold, it seems you have confused the official address being the lot number with the Unit number? with the last sale registered on this file 4th Nov 2016 $245K sold to D.P.M & N.D.M P/L noting the lot and unit numbers are not the same in the complex perhaps those owners bought unit 24?


 27/07/2022 - Julian: As discussed I am having no luck at all locating your property at 19/77 Ton RP Data that we use for property information statistics and to carry out market appraisals. If you could please send me a council rates notice and or a copy of the title then I will raise the issue with RP Data so they can rectify and I can provide you will an appraisal with current history stats of the property and of the sales in the area.I look forward to hearing back from you

Nice to chat just now David, As discussed I can’t actually locate the file in your super name being either Gretta Enterprises or Avidam, I have searched all the files for 77 tamarind ave Bogangar and cant find either of those names registered to any property at 77 Tamarind.  For 19/77 Tamarind Avenue Bogangar it says owner name is Veivers and it was purchased for $258K in Feb 2014 which doesn’t marry with the info David has provided.Any guidance or further information would be appreciated. 21/7/22 - Roger said this one went no where - Kiley
