15/6/22 - I have just provided him with an appraisal for sale which is a long way down from what he paid. He paid $780k off the plan for this one and current best case is early $400’s, ouch! This complex is notorious for being sold at a very high point in the Perth apartment market in 2011. Not sure if he is going to want to sell out with that kind of loss or if he is even aware of the drop so I will keep you posted on this one - Brad
