11/7 Correct. He didn’t have a real motivation to sell, just that if the price was high he might consider, though even being generous with an appraisal was still way off his mark.

15/6/22  ALEX:  Hi Vicki, I have reached out to the tenants to book a walkthrough and get the ball rolling. She was actually laying in hospital about to have a baby, so we have put the meet and walkthrough on hold until next week. I will update accordingly!

16/6 SARAH:  Wants us to call him in 3 weeks to arrange an in person appraisal as the tenant is currently in hospital having a baby
