2/11/2022 - Justin: I'm not sure if he is in a position to sell yet, the property needed a lot of work and he was quite flippant with his own personal position. We have had no further contact.

3/08/2022 - Justin AD": No further update, no further contact has been made by prospective vendor. He was going to (and needs too) hopefully remove tenants and present the property better before it went to the open market.

16/06/2022 - Justin: I have provided Laki with our appraisal and have had a good chat with him about processes going forward. We both agree that he needs to give his tenants notice to vacate and he needs to do a fair bit of work to present the property to market. This process may take a little while but we will keep in touch.

 15/06/2022 - Justin:We have spoken to Laki and have already been to inspect the property. We are doing our homework and will be reporting back too him tomorrow.
