11/10/23 - now looking to lease - contacted Roger at Link and new referral to Jamie at NGU
27/7/22 - Hi Kiley, unfortunately for now Elizabeth has just put on hold selling the property while the tenant has still got over 6 months lease to go. I will keep sending her updated monthly cmas to show her what the market is doing. I also called her to let her know that the townhouses i am selling in churchill at a similar price point are all under offer with two buyers still looking with money to spend. Ill keep her up to date and you never know she may change her mind. Thank you very much for the lead Kiley :) Roger Eveans
