LAURIE OCT 22 - 13 Bowden Court is still being cleaned up and renovated by the owners.
11/8 Marino: I spoke to Chris when he and his partner first purchased the home (my son is a neighbour). They were looking at a quite a lot higher weekly rental return than I felt achievable. I will make another call.
