23/06/2022 - John called me back. He told me he is going to sell these properties himself before he even asked me what I could do for him. He then asked about commission and told me I was too expensive, again before I had a chance to explain what the commission includes and the value I will provide to the process. He was very short, quite rude, sounded annoyed that I contacted him and not willing to even entertain a discussion. I don't expect this to lead to any business I'm afraid. LS
