 24/06/2022  - Bryce: Interestingly Mark we been speaking to his Brother who lives there as we sold it to them in 2013. Either way happy to pay the referral fee to you once we list it. They are also considering renting it out but I do think it is going to be sold


 24/06/2022 - Shane: Had a good chat with Stephen. It looks as though there is a lot of water to go under the bridge. There is 4 people who have a share in the home. The kids and Stephen are not getting along to well in the process.
