WAITING FOR TENANT TO VACATE IN AUG

JACKIE for SKIP - Skip spoke with Katrina today. She’s not ready yet and doesn’t which for an appraisal whilst the tenant is there (until 1 August). She has requested Skip’s fees and marketing costs which we will send today. She said she would rather contact us, rather than we follow her up. It appears she is motivated by the cost rather than the service – see how we go. Cheers
