18/11/2022 - NOW REMOVED - Was never on market - only Pam's site  -  they would not pay for advertising at all.

Pam: These guys have given Paula a run around. They did open house after open house and took buyers there but no motivation. I think remove and if they get serious and decide to sell then we will definitely let you know and you can upload again.

5/10/2022  - Pam: Just letting you know that Paula is working really hard on this one, but they wont pay for marketing and the house is cluttered. They do regular open homes and take buyers through from other properties, will let you know if any luck


9/09/2022 - Pam:  Paula my agent has worked really hard on this one. The owners wont pay to advertise on Real estate.com so she has it on our website only, so minimal enquiry. Lots of clutter in the home too. Paula is trying to convince them to advertise on RE.com. Will let you know if we have any luck

29/08/2022 Pam: We have this listed but owners wont pay to put it on the internet so we have it on our website only so not much enquiry. We have done a few open homes there but not much activity as it needs to be on real estate.com to sell. My agents Paula and Lida have been working with the owner but he keeps saying he is not in a hurry and the place is full to overflowing with stuff. Paul and Lida are excellent so if anyone can sell it, they will. They have a buyer who has been through 3 times, so fingers crossed he puts in an offer!!

6/07/2022 - Pam: My agents Paula and Lida have listed this one, The owners are still de cluttering as heaps of stuff everywhere. They are taking buyers through in the meantime in case they can sell it off line. Will keep you posted

30/06/2022 - Pam: sent my agents Paula and Lida to do the appraisal at 14 Hammer Street. They are excellent agents and told me now that the owners said they are happy to list with them. Hooray.
