ANDREW - Spoke with Eileen, daughter is selling, the renovated unit recently sold $600K, they have $590K on current contract and think its falling over because the buyer wants 30K off. Body corp is $6000 per year because of the roof leaks over the years and she doesn't really want me to see it(just look at photos) and if you have a buyer bring them... Unfortunately no luck with this one for now, I will persist..
