SEPT 22 - I’ve tried twice more since my last update without any correspondence back from the owner which is a bit frustrating. I’ll give it a bit more time then try again in another month or two.

Mark larmer - We sold this entire building off plan so we know it intimately and I have all of the floor plans which means we can easily value it without disturbing her tenant.
JUL 22 - I’ve tried to contact Nathasha 3 times since I emailed her the valuation and she hasn’t replied to any of my communications yet.
The only communication I have had from her is that she says isn’t well and has been busy.
JESS - Jul 22 - (Natasha lives in the NT so we have sent her a digital appraisal and are currently arranging a time to view the apartment with the tenants. ) We sent Natasha a proposal as she does not live in the property and we could not meet in person.
