10/5/23 Jack: Hey Vicki, Eva keeps pushing things back and likely wants too much for the house. I have kept communication with her and will continue to do so.

9/11/22 Jack smith I spoke with Ewa last week and she is still fixing up a few things around the house. She wants to have family Christmas there and will likely be ready early next year.

14/9 Jack:  spoke to Eva recently she needs to do some minor renovations and will likely be ready in November.

29/7 Tom Murphy:  Met with Ewa a few weeks ago. Have tried calling her a couple of times but not heard back yet. I know she was going away overseas so perhaps she is away.

13/7  Jack Smith Went and spoke with Ewa and she is still a while away from selling. Really likes how I do things and when the time comes I think she will go with me.

Both Jack & Tom visited our property.

I now have a good idea about the price & what needs to be done to prepare for the sale.

I am going away till September so will get back to one of them then.

5/7 Spoke to Eva she remembers speaking to Jack and will make a note to speak to Tom sounds like she reached out to a few agents and forgetting whom I referred. 

1/7 Tom vivid: Spoke to Eva. She would like to see us at the end of next week. Has asked us to give her a call next Wednesday to set a time.
