Chris Cain29/8 Chris:  I just got onto Robyn. She has been away and her sister is currently also away.

She has started some initial sorting of items in the property but is still some way off.

She was happy to hear from me and will check in again soon.9/8/22 AS2 Emails sent to agents for update

Chris: The meeting went very well, yet my last two emails to Robyn haven$B!G(Bt received a response. I am trying to find out a preferred timeframe from them.

Her and her sister did mention they didn$B!G(Bt want to be pestered, so I am careful not to overstep the mark. Hence, emailing as a softer contact.

It was very recent since her mothers passing and they did not have a confirmed timeframe for sale at our meeting.

I am happy to follow up with a phone call as my next contact, yet if you could find out anything that may help.

 7/7 Chris:  I met with Robyn and her sister June last night and the meeting went well.

Their mother passed away very recently and they aren$B!G(Bt sure yet when the timing will be to sell. But I believe it will be as soon as they are ready.

Ill keep you posted with any developments.
