ANTHONY is NOT ABLE TO ACCEPT REFERRALS AT THE MOMENT.
It is almost at practical completion (i.e. construction will be completed this month, there is just some landscaping and fencing to finish) but I am looking to sell once completed.
The house is 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom and is obviously not occupied.
I am just starting out looking for agents. I have been in contact with Peard Swan Valley who have given me a "competitive market analysis" for my property and an opinion that my property would need to be priced at only $415,000 to sell, which seems perhaps low to me.
