not selling - change of ownership
JOE - After my appraisal back in July this lady reached agreement with her daughter about buying her share of the property so during August I see there was a sale registered between them for the buy out of that share. Lisa is going nowhere now and never was she just used us to gauge a market value for that purpose. Please remove her as an active referral. Thanks Joe
