EILES & BRITTANY - I chatted with Nerida a couple of times while she was up here visiting and sent her a desktop appraisal. I called to follow up the next day and she was busy so said she would get back to me. I followed up Tuesday and haven’t heard back yet but will give her a call today and let you know how I go 😊


SARA - JUL 22 - Rang to discuss listing, she said there's been some issues arise on the 4 bedroom side, she wont tell me what. Wants to keep me updated about listing but she was too busy to talk much. Calling again in a few days


CHRIS - It was pretty tough last night. I could see Debbie was really nervous around salespeople and her partner being a sales person himself didn't like salespeople. So I don't know if they're gonna make a decision straight away but as a faith of goodwill I do have some buyers that match the criteria of the home Debbie is looking to sell. They have given me permission to take some buyers through prior to committing to any agent. 🤞 we can get a buyer to put something on contract.

We did the walk through appraisal today and the only other agent that's involved is Schultz realestate. Nerida and husband are heading back to Sydney this afternoon (driving) and will be contacting me to have a presentation via zoom once they are back at home
