JUL 23 - Hi Natalie, reached out to Kim multiple times through different methods, had 1x response out of 4x attempts. Still not ready but hoping to list when she is.

NOV 22 - Kim is going well I have touched base with her a couple of times since last giving you an update. Upon one of our last conversations, she was waiting until the new year before making any decisions about 4 Barbary, I believe she was also speaking to another agent that had put some pressure on, so she had backed away. Any who, I have since called her again and her plans have changed, Kim will now be selling her mums property first then giving Barbary a little bit of love before taking it to market, I would say minimum 6 months.

 Adam -FEB 23 - Quick Update. I haven't had any response from seller since appraisal. I know her son is living there and the property is extremely cluttered and yard is overgrown so there is still a massive amount of work on their behalf to have it presentable. I'll continue to follow up.
