18/1/23 Glenn said his mum is out of hospital and will now not sell
20/10/22 Mal: Glenn just emailed me back and said that mum will now be staying in the house and they now wont sell
20/7 Mal: I was informed his mum is still not out of hospital and may not b for a while so it could b sometime off. I said no problems I will intermittently touch base, cheers.
I spoke with Glenn and I will organise to send him information regarding sales in the area and a approximate price for his mums home.
