28/02/19: Last email from Bob/vendor, "The property has not been sold. Considering this is a small development property I'm of the opinion that the crack down on Investor lending has played a negative role here. I am in the process of taking the property off the market and revisit some time into the future."
13/07/18: Spoke to Bob it's on line. It's a sea side location will get busier in spring
11/07/18: Spoke to Bob/vendor he was surprised the property is off the market. He understands it is quiet winter time but according to him it was still to be listed. Disappointed Sylvie didn't let him know
19/02/18: Agent Sylvie said "We have had good interest for the land however, have not received as yet an Offer that is close to the asking price"
