Thank you for following up. I did hear from both agents within the first couple of days.
Andrew from LJ Hooker was really helpful, he spent some considerable time with me on the phone and followed up with good information and relevant material.
Mike Lao on the other hand showed very little interest in continuing the conversation once I advised the property is currently tenanted and the lease is valid for several months. His advice was to get back to him a couple of months prior to the end of the lease.
