KAPIL - I hope you are well. I have met Richard & provided him valuation & a sales proposal for his home. It is a separation & I only met Richard as his wife doesn’t live with him anymore. I got his wife’s email from him & emailed the proposal to her as well. He did said that he wanted to see couple of other agents before making decision. I’ve scheduled to touch base with him tomorrow.
