Mari pls invoice Costa Kaparos for a change of management fee and we agreed on half a weeks rent which is $250 incl gst. vf
30/8 Asked if we can invoice half a weeks rent the transfer cam thru and if the tenant leaves and they get a new one they can pay the other half weeks rent?
