13/10/2022 - Michael: Just letting you know , things are a little slow at present as a result of ongoing interest rate hikes. We have a potential buyer who is keen , but is awaiting permanent residence in order to be able to purchase an exhisting property in australia. In the meantime we are having weekly ionspections and looking for other potential buyers. i will keep you updated and definitely inform you once the property is sold.
