11/1/23  Karen:  We have met with him on several occasions however, he has not procceded forward. He requires a little too much for his property (2021 price) in order to sell - he seems to not want to accept that his house has gone down in value like the rest of the Sydney RE market.


11/8 Shane:  I left multiple phone messages thereafter without a response.


I did not on Monday that his self-contained area is now on the rental market with Belle Property
