Agent 1 - Aaron - AUG 22 - Just wanted to provide an update on the above mentioned property.  An on site appraisal was performed and all information sent to the nominated contact as requested. I can confirm that there were a few recommendations i made to maximise the selling price, and also investigated the price of these suggestions, which were detailed in the email. 

Since forwarding this through, i have had no contact from the seller. I understand that they were awaiting Probate before proceeding with listing, but as yet, I have had no update. Many thanks Aaron Murphy 

Agent 2 Paul & Danuta  -JUL 22 Yes we went to the property last week and met with Connor. I then sent an email to Renee with our appraisal and spoke to her on the phone about what needs to be done before marketing and she was happy with our feedback. I think she has to get more appraisals for the estate and wait for probate but I will contact her again tomorrow to have another chat
