DEC 22 - did not get all the appraisals - someone on a bike took a pic and the tenant got very upset. Not selling atm, but if she does wants new agents. _ Natal;ie


16/08/2022 = UD to agents

Maxine: Maxine has spoken to the seller, she advised that the property is currently a private rental. She said she will provide us with the tenant details for us to arrange access to view to the property. Hopefully, we will get their details today & get through before the end of the week. 

Pam: No luck with this one. It would have been a nightmare as the tenant would not allow access, then when I did manage to get an appointment, he called to say he had a job so we could not go through. He then told me a day I could attend and I was in Bne and the owner said she had heaps of agents going through, so sorry I let that one go.
