Phil: This Vendor has no short terms plans to sell at this stage. They have advised they will likely sell within 5 years.
Petrer: Its worth around $1-1.1M on a good day. They want $1.5M + Not going to happen so they will stay.
Peter: We did meet the vendors (and mutual clients) here but where we felt the property sat in value v’s what they wanted were planets apart.
