**Out of referral terms***
I have spoken with and they are not looking at selling, well that's what they told me.
Also I already had contact with 13 aperta place prior to our conversation as I met them at an open home in the area and if they were to sell i would not be paying a referral and that's if i got it as well.
Happy to pay it if I hadn't of met them, but as i had prior constant contact its not warranted. I also appraised the property back in 2016.

18/01/18: Jason (vendor) emailed, "we have decided not to sell."
21/09/17: Spoke to vendor - advised house they wanted to buy sold and will be holding off on selling till they find another place that ticks all their boxes.
19/09/17: Agent Chris advised, "Last conversation I had they were trying to sell and buy privately Any changed on that let you know"
13/09/17: Agent Chris accepted referral
