25/8 Grant: Hi Vicki , yes I inspected the property the owner is still working with her bank trying to release the home from a loan/ security point. My valuation was lower than the 2 other agents so I'm not sure what she will decide. I will continue to chase it up. Thanks again for the opportunity. Grant
