Unit is a 2x2x1, about 5 years old, pre covid rent was $520 per week the rent was reduced and has been $495 per week, client feels they can get better rent for it now and feels the current agent is not working for the owner.

We met our own agent & he has promised to be more communicative, and bring rent as per pre covid. Therefore presently maintaining the status- quo.
