JUL 23 - VENDOR 0 SELLING INFO - No thank you'



MAR 23 - Our highest offer was $1.9m at the beginning of the campaign which was not accepted. The owners since began short term leasing the property and decided they are happy to continue this until the market picks up again.




FEB 23 - not selling - could not get offer enough


SALES UPDATE NOV 22 - Not since they rejected an offer of $1.9m.
