24/01/20: Listed w/ non-referred agent, Winson Lo from Oline Real Estate (Campsie).
12/11/18: Matthew Ward has been in contact she is very unrealistic not listening to agents and she is a waste of time. She wants to sell but not to pay any marketing upfront has spoken to alot of agents in past and agents are saying she is unrealistic.
02/07/18: spoke w/ Alice, she is not happy. Also she doesn't want to give the listing to one agency. Only will pay commission to whom can sell it. She also feels her price is realistic and is a lawyer and doesn't take any advice (feels it's schooling)
