24/01/20: Listed w/ non-referred agent, Winson Lo from Oline Real Estate (Campsie).

12/11/18: Matthew Ward has been in contact she is very unrealistic not listening to agents and she is a waste of time. She wants to sell but not to pay any marketing upfront has spoken to alot of agents in past and agents are saying she is unrealistic.
