10/12/18: Arthur confirmed he listed with Malcolm and he had a sign up but blew away in the storm will follow him up.
11/10/18: Spoke to Arthur he works away and is home 11 weeks of the year. Currently he is in Central Queensland, Gave me his wife's phone number 0419537156. Had no interest in the house, it is an open listing.
17/05/18: Vendor called and advised had had it listed with Malcom Topp for awhile but not getting a lot of interest on the property
