19/07/18: (last vendor email) Heather/vendor emailed, "I decided to try Airbnb platform while I decide to keep the apartment or not.
Still evaluating my decision as costs in Australia for all types of services are completely out of control and really investment in Australia makes less sense then ever.
If I do decide to sell what will be the opportune time period and what is the market condition mee look like say around November?"
