Tamara (Michelle):  Looks like Danielle will move into the property and renovate. Again, will let you know if anything happens further with this one.

8/08/2022 - Tamara (Michelle): Danielle responded to our email. Michelle has provided an update on pricing in todays current market. Will keep you posted on how things track.

5/08/2022 - Tamaar(Michelle): Michelle has tried contacting Danielle yesterday and today via phone calls and text messages, however we have not had any luck hearing back from Danielle.
