I am looking for an affordable property management company that can help me manage my apartment. It is currently empty.
It is one bedroom, one study 64m2. with a beautiful balcony overlooking Leichhardt and it has a skylight with electric windows for airflow. It was built around 5 years ago - the complex also has a pool and nice common area (but no underground parking). Client is hoping to charge $600 a week in current market (which would meet my expenses) but realise I may have to come down a little. I'll try and find the old photos from when I bought the apartment. The ones on the Internet are wrong.
