Michael OCT 22- It was all too hard. None of the other agents she contacted would touch it. I did her an appraisal and from what I can gather she has found a buyer privately. So no pay day for me for the work I did on that lead.
Yea I have spoken with her, she was yet to speak with 2 other agents you gave the lead too. There are a few things I pointed out to her that she should sort out prior to selling the property. I am away on holidays in WA for 3 weeks.
