8/5 Mal: Hi Vicki, I keep calling and emailing Jane as she seems to be the main talking person. I just caught a very similar property a few streets from them and I don't think they were happy with the price I paid in this falling market. My last few emails have gone with no reply and my last conversation was they had not found any properties in Rockhampton to buy as well, let's hope things change for them very soon, cheers.

18/1/22 Jan emailed me the other day now asking what my rates are for selling as it has been months now and I think they may be ready.

20/10 Mal:  Vendors are still looking for a property at Rockhampton but not much is happening on that front. Want to continue looking after the current rains we have now

22/09/2022 - Mal (AD): Jane from Peters Drive is a wonderful lady and she is keeping her eye out on the Rockhampton market and asking me to let her know how a very similar listing i have which is identical to her house goes on price. - Mark

25/8 AS2 Emails to Agents see if any response 

The impression I got was that they loved me to death as I was the only one who gave them a price. She has been on a 7 day night shift for the last week and sorry she had not called back. I told her I was abou to list a $1.3 mill house and she wants to know how I go with buyers as they want around the same, very positive I feel. They hate Vicki Ford intensely.
