03/07/18: Spoke to Amandeep/vendor, he wil not be selling at least for another year or so. He is fine for us to follow up in about a year time rm
22/06/17: Agent Derek said "last time is spoke to the owner he said they are possibly looking at selling towards the end of this year"
14/03/17: Agent Derek advised, "Spoke to vendor and he stated that they will not be selling for a minimum of 6 months. They still have a few things they need to finish off on the home before they go to market"
