ISMOTH - Thank you for your email. Everyone except the first one has been in touch. I got the breakdown of prices. I think for now I'll go with the previous property manager but intending on it being a 1yr contract and going to revisit the 2 that got in contact with me ( & let them know it was via you when i do) at the end of the one year mark.
