I have spoken to Khalid today, He is saying his dad will provide me access soon as he lives in Queensland. I will wait again to hear back from him or contact him back in a week. 

I could not get through to him and his phone will go straight to voice mail if I called him from my mobile. I had to call him from landline to get through to him. I am not too sure what is going on there but I will call him again next week. - Amy
