6/10/22  Yes, we have spoken to Brett last week and he sent a rough appraisal and some information re marketing our property with costs etc.

However, after meeting with Mike and Lance (one of his colleagues) yesterday, we have made the decision to engage his agency to proceed with the marketing and sale of our property.

Thank you for your assistance in this matter, as I know that I would not have thought to look so far afield to find an agent.

5/10- Mike met with the clients today  putting together an appraisal for them
