12/07/18: Spoke to Julia and she is not able to put the property on the market while the tenant has a lease. It will be leased for another 6 months then she will list again with Graham, is happy with him
07/06/18: Agent GRaham advised, "have been holding inspection every Saturday and several Sundays to try to get sold."
