9/9/22 spoke to Jim speaking to both agents both good not sure who to chose yet. 

Luke:  Meeting with Jim Friday 2nd September

2/2  We met with Jim today, everything went well.

He has asked us to prepare a sales proposal and we are hopefully going out Tuesday to meet with his wife.

Thanks again. Luke He is still a little up there but understands the market has come back. They would love $4.5m however I told him $4.2-$4.3m was more realistic.
