6/09/2022 - Adam: We haven’t been able to get access to this property yet, it is a deceased estate & one of the family members has changed the locks to lock the rest of the family out of the house, the family members that are wanting the appraisal are lovely people & are disappointed in the one family members actions are hindering the appraisal & possible sale process, we are going to stay close to the clients & hopefully in the future get the access to be able to do the appraisal, the death was only very recent so probate is still having to be sorted before we can go too much further,Please keep this one on your system as a very possible future listing & we will keep you in the loop also, rest assured if & when we can list this property we will let you know so we can activate the referral fee.5/09/2022 - APP to agents
