8/9 Bridjid Have followed up Laura, I can see she's reduced the price online but she still wants to try rent it privately. If she has no luck over the next few weeks she will let me know.
1/9 Bridgid: Spoke with Laura, have emailed her services. Property is currently quite overpriced so I've sent her comparables of recently leased properties in the area and will follow up again in a few days. Thank you!
1/9 Daniela Pavlides spoke to her, quoted on phone she thinks its advertised for too much thats why not rented going currently for 420 pw and their property management rates which are reasonable 5.5%
