18/09/2023 - Nikki txt to Ben: Hi Ben, appreciate you touching base. My mother is now out of the equation & she moves into her own property in a couple of weeks. The other 2 siblings have decided NOT to sell rather spruce up or another family member to move into. Too good to sell.

18/05/2023 - Ben: Nikki came back to me today with the following. There has been a lot of very upsetting family fighting preventing unanimous & harmonious decisions. In the interim, probate has also been delayed as there have been several issues with that, too. I think this whole messy scenario may take a very long time. Mark i think this may take time to sort out will keep you updated something will have to happen maybe next year ???

11/01/2023 - Ben: Rang as I mentioned to Nikki i would waiting on Uncles House to be built in Bentleigh East he is living there with Nikki's Mum until it is finished has not started delay with council i would say later this year check in about 6 months.

Ben: Nikki just rang going to review it next year.  2 Uncles she is working with. We get on well should be ok touch base in 2023 early.
