Garry - Hi Natalie , spoke to Paula. She's a long way from being ready to sell and probably unlikely that she will be able to split off as she is hoping . Told her a bit about the process so she will call council/ landgate etc to see if achievable and get back to me Cheers Garry


Hi Natalie, unfortunately nothing has come of either of these . You advised me that the owner of the Vasse property had listed his place with who he bought it from. And the other property as far as I am aware not selling .
