05/01/23 Recieved phone call from Dannielle Rennie who is now the new owner of the agency and Vicki has approved a one off 10% fee due to all the extra work that had to be done to secure a sale at any price for the property.

Sold coms sent to owner and invoice info to agent.

21/09/22 finally she hs decided to go to auction and take what she can get.

14/09/22 Terry said the home is almost unsellable Asbetos, termites. etc. Surge.

08/09/22  Terry said that the house in in a storm surge area and that he is meeting with the Westpac insurance builders next week as there is a lot of flood damage downstairs and Frances bought unaware of the risk to the property
